South East Mediation offers couples who are divorcing or separating a quicker, cheaper and less stressful alternative to solicitors.  We are able to take the mediation process further than most other mediators due our backgrounds in accountancy and law.

• To help you understand all your options, we develop detailed financial proposals for discussion.  These proposals are then refined in accordance with your wishes until it is possible to reach an agreement which is satisfactory to both sides.
• We prepare the legal documentation necessary to separate your finances and obtain a final Consent Order from the court.
• We endeavour to incorporate into agreements clauses that will provide for future events, so as to give some degree of certainty about the future.
• We will guide you through the requirements of the various court forms and explain the court process.
